Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RepairSure website and the enquiry, quote, and repair services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Who We Are

RepairSure provides automotive panel beating, smash repair, painting, restoration, fleet repair, and related services from our workshop at 61 Bakers Rd, Coburg North VIC 3058, Australia. You can reach us on (03) 9354 2699 or at info@repairsure.com.au.

Quotations & Estimates

Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information and photos you supply. Final pricing is confirmed after a physical inspection of your vehicle. Where additional damage is discovered once repairs begin, we will seek your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Repair Work & Turnaround

We aim to complete repairs promptly and to the highest standard. Indicative timeframes are estimates only and may change due to parts availability, insurance assessment processes, or the extent of damage discovered during repairs. Where your vehicle is ready for collection, we will notify you using the contact details you provided.

Lifetime Guarantee

Our repair workmanship is backed by a lifetime guarantee, valid for as long as you own the vehicle. The guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the repair. It does not cover damage from subsequent accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or repairs performed by third parties after our work is completed.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on collection of your vehicle. We accept major payment methods displayed at our workshop. For insurance-funded repairs, any applicable excess is payable on collection. Late payments may attract recovery costs.

Insurance Claims

Where we manage an insurance claim on your behalf, you authorise us to liaise with your insurer, provide quotations, and share information reasonably required to process the claim. Your obligations to your insurer under your policy are not affected by these Terms, and final decisions on claim approval rest with your insurer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to RepairSure and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the cost of rectifying the affected repair work. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the current version always applies to your use of the website and our services.
